Mr Brady spelled his first name with ONE T…….. Mathew Brady.
He is buried at Congressional Cemetery, 1801 E Street SE, Washington DC.
I would suspect that this is probably ’64 and not ’63 since the Statue of Freedom wasn’t placed on the top of the Capitol dome until Dec 2, 1863 and by the looks of those trees, it’s not December! http://aoc.gov/capitol-hill/other-statues/statue-freedom
