  1. If it’s 13th & L NW, there is nothing like that there today. I work at that intersection in a big office building, surrounded by three other large buildings, all built in the 1970s-1990s timeframe.

  2. What fascinates me is, someone apparently simply removed other parts of the building, floors, walls, stairs, leaving interior walls exposed to the elements and peeling. Understandable this building would no longer be standing, imagine the structural nightmare it became after so much of it was removed!
