Can someone identify the time period for this? This is Cedar St. looking east at the intersection with 4th St., where the railroad (now the Metro) crosses over it.

Looks a lot more interesting in that picture than it does now.
Judging by the locomotive sans tall smokestack, and the style of the woman’s dress, the photo was likely taken 1912-17.
This is a good one
