  1. Well….it’s not really a “development map” but a very hypothetical map of potential development of downtown Washington, published by National Capital Park and Planning Commission in 1941. It was included in the minutes of the Commission – Minutes of the Special Committee to Consider Sites for Office Buildings. Plenty of options for future federal buildings.
