You can see the Foxhall Foundry just on the other side of the Canal on the left.
What is Foxhall Foundry exactly? Not familiar with the building or history. At first glance, I thought that building was the Abner Cloud house (although it wasn’t likely painted white as it is today). So, the bridge in the background would be Aqueduct Bridge. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aqueduct_Bridge_%28Potomac_River%29
