Tom, I have to ask you a question. Did you run pictures of the 1968 riot aftermath when all the riots were happening in recent years in Ferguson; in Baltimore; in one city after another in the past several years? Because you chose to re-run the picture of the Klan marching in DC in the 1920’s on the same day that turmoil was occurring . What one chooses to do and when they choose to do it speaks volumes about the person. Your site, I realize, but somehow I didn’t think it was just another platform for indoctrination. Very unimpressed and I have been delighted in your previous coverage. Maybe I just missed a time when you were actually balanced in your choices. Looking forward to an answer.
Mia Kulper, What kind of bullshit question is that ? The pics are of history that occurred in D.C. Photographs of history of ONE CITY. The other cities have no bearing on this. You need to keep your personality judgements and political views out of this.
Excuse me, Mr. Fulcher. I addressed the question at Tom for the specified reason that he ran a KKK march photo on Ghosts of DC the same time that the Charlottesville spin was happening in 2017. So, it was a very pertinent question. The KKK picture raised comparisons to Charlottesville.. I was simply asking if a historical site was sticking to history and not editorializing with a bias. His site – his decision but don’t you berate me, you impudent fool, for asking someone else a question. Typical offended “liberal” that handles any sort of comment that violates his own little closed-minded world with obscenities and rage, Go read a history book and freshen yourself on the freedom of speech and the marketplace of ideas.
