  1. I am looking to find private Lingan B Anderson working most of his life out of Anacostia, holder of badge #1 who retired 4 years later in 1908. I am also looking for William Thomas Anderson who would attain his captaincy in 1909 in the new 11th precinct of Anacostia where he was born and grew up. They are first cousins, once removed, and first cousins of me, several times removed. Is there a better (more scalable) picture or perhaps a copy that can be obtained?
