This shows a scene at 15th and Pennsylvania in 1919. In the background you’ll see the old Riggs Bank building, which is still there, but now the PNC Bank building.

  1. This almost looks like it was part of the same batch that you posted on the 4th at the corner of F. It has hazardous streets after snow/ice, soldiers, and is just down the block.
