The Remarkable Genius of Alexander Graham Bell by Jim Lehrer

If you don’t have plans this Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, you should head down to National Geographic and take in the new play, BELL, written by Jim Lehrer. The play is about Alexander Graham Bell, one of history’s greatest inventors (and former D.C. resident). Before Steve Jobs and the iPhone, there was Bell and the original telephone.

The play covers Bell and his fierce rivalries, relationships, and triumphs. Also, the connection to National Geographic is strong, because Bell was the second president of the National Geographic Society. Head over to this link to get tickets today.

And, if you’re paying attention to our posts later this week, we might have some free tickets to give away. Stay tuned!
