    A big surprise that I found at: http://dc.curbed.com/archives/2015/08/walter-reed-army-medical-center.php. Was that a Cameron Creek was briefly mentioned. Well looking at the map above shows that a creek did at one time go through the south eastern section of the Walter Reed property as of 1911. What I would love to know is when was that creek destroyed? No doubt it wasn’t long after the map above was done but would still be very interesting to find out.
